Procedure & Instructions for Registration to Classes Pre-Nursery to Class XI (Session 2023 – 2024)
• KCA welcomes you to the Pre-School admission process for the academic session 2023-2024.

General Information
Minimum Age as of 31st March 2023:
5+ years for Class I
6+ years for Class II
7+ years for Class III
8+ years for Class IV
9+ years for Class V
10+ years for Class VI
11+ years for Class VII
12+ for Class VIII
13+ years for Class IX
15+ years for Class XI
• Selection of students for junior most classes shall be done based on an informal interaction between the Parents and the Principal. There will be no written test. The date & time for the informal interaction would be intimated telephonically/e-mail.
• Selection of the students from Class I onwards will be based ona written test, performance report issued by the previous school, and interaction of the student with the principal.
List of documents required for verification & submission at the time of Admission.
o Photocopy of Birth certificate froma recognized authority.
o Fourpassport-sizecolour photographs of the child.
o Two passport-sizecolour photographs of both parents.
o One postcard-size colour family photograph of the candidate.
o Blood group report of the candidate from a registereddoctor.
o Assessment record of previous class for class I and above.
o Transfer Certificate duly signed by the competent authority from the previous school to be submitted at the time of admission.
o Parents’ ID proof and Address proof (anyone from the list given below)
Passport of Mother & Father
Voter ID card of Mother and Father
Aadhar card of Mother and Father
Kindly Note:
- As per govt.RTE Act- 12 (1) (c) 2009 we also have 25% seat reservationsin class Nursery, LKG, and Class I for sociallyand economically backward classes. Admission will be provided upon submission of a photocopy of the bellow asked documents:
• Caste certificate of the candidate
• Divyaang certificate of the candidate if applying for the physically challenged quota (if any)
• BPL or APL cards
- Once admission has been offered, no refund on any account whatsoever shall be entertained.
